Working full time at Eteach for 7 years designing multiple websites for Eteach Group and partner organisations. I was eventually promoted to managing all aspects of user interface design and graphics within the large ASP .NET development team. I played key roles in branding and creation of branding guidelines, web accessibility, proposal documents, HTML newsletters, search engine optimisation and even some offline print work.

Primary design tools used included Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver. All mark-up fully relying on W3C standards like Strict DTD, CSS 2, DOM level 2 and Accessability standard WCAG Double A. Testing was done for both cross browser support and accessibility including JAWS screen reader.
